Otuoke, Bayelsa state this morning. President Jonathan is yet to be
accredited following the failure of the card reader. The INEC officer
tried reading President Jonathan's
PVC but it failed after which Patience Jonathan's PVC was
tried and was accredited and later President Jonathan also did his Accreditation suucessfully. More photos after the cut...
